Classes
Our cooking classes take place either in the open barn at Green Gate farm or at our waterfront cafe in Hardys Bay, and are taught by local cooks Melissa Morgan and Alison Bishop.
Our gardening classes are held in the peaceful bush setting of Green Gate farm at Killcare, and are taught by local horticulture and permaculture experts Adam McCall and David Braunstein from Adams Garden.
We often invite guest chefs and presenters to lead our classes and we hand select our products favouring unique, local producers and artisans on the Central Coast. If you are interested in contributing to one of our classes, please send us a message with as much information as possible about your product and we’d be happy to review it.
